As part of the Brent Cross Town development, an exciting development by the partnership of Related Argent with Barnet Council. Comprising of new developments of both to buy and to rent as well as new parks and outdoor spaces. TFP was chosen to develop Related Argent’s first two BTR developments of both FF&E for apartments and amenities. Working closely with RA & Conran and Partners to develop a premium style of apartment furniture that would appeal and suit their target demographic of renters. During the development we looked utilising the budget to have hero products such as quartz dining table tops and wooden beds utilising our Italian supplier. However, with our supply chain we can help utilise and create some unique and outstanding pieces.

As part of the project, we produced not only full-scale CGI visuals and panoramic for the tender but also for the developed products to show how the products worked with the schemes of the buildings. Full technical drawings and additional visuals of the amenities products together. Such as unique to the building PDR Tables & Counter Height Co-Working Table.

Overall, the scheme came together to give the residents a premium offering of furniture for their rented accommodation, designed with the user, operator and product in mind offering usability longevity and sustainable focus.
