Gravity’s sixth co-living scheme is set within a beautiful Victorian townhouse in the heart of Notting Hill. The period character of the building brought challenges with varied room sizes and accessibility, requiring a bespoke approach to the furniture.

A key example was the sofa, which needed to be fully modular to adapt to the unique room layouts. This modularity not only ensured flexibility but also supported a sustainable design approach — individual sections can be replaced or reconfigured, extending the product’s lifecycle and providing long-term operational value.
